Contractual Terms:
Please note by proceeding with this engagement confirmation document, you agree to be bound to the following terms. You agree to pay an annual 12 month payment (annual subscription) to Ridge CMO, the sum of which is set by Ridge CMO. The subscription runs for 12 months and is automatically renewed unless cancelled in writing. Your Ridge CMO fee is subject to occasional changes in in fees, however new clients engaged are guaranteed not to have fees increased in their first 2 years.
Cancellation Procedure
Termination of the services must be made at least 30 days before your annual renewal date. Our full terms and conditions can be found on our website: (www.ridgecmo.com/terms) or are available upon request by emailing info@ridgecmo.com.
Code of Conduct
Ridge CMO is a fractional marketing service, its services entered into in good faith and as such by agreeing to engage our services you also agree to:
- To maintain the highest standards of conduct and engage with Ridge CMO in a professional and dignified manner, acting with integrity and respectfulness when interacting with Ridge CMO employees.
- Not to speak or to comment on behalf of Ridge CMO or hold oneself out as having authority to do so unless specifically requested or instructed or otherwise having obtained prior consent to do so from the Executive team at Ridge CMO.
- Views expressed either online, publicly or in the presence of Ridge CMO employees, that focuses negatively or causes harm around gender equality, mental health, religious beliefs, disability, sexual orientation, race and disability and are contrary to our values and ethos.
- To respect the confidentiality requirements and privacy policies of Ridge CMO, and confidentiality requirements requested to be observed by Ridge CMO clients, invitees, guests, and their guests; this includes refraining from activities or practices that are or could be construed to be anti-competitive or anti-trust in nature.
- To respect the right of Ridge CMO staff, office bearers, participants to a safe environment when
working for, or attending or participating in events, meetings or activities hosted or facilitated by, Ridge CMO, free from harassment, abuse or discrimination and, in particular, not to use threatening behaviour towards nor harass any member of Ridge CMO, invitee, guest or other participant. - To ensure that communication with Ridge CMO employees, office bearers, and members is measured, reasonable and professional and devoid of any comments against any of them in their personal capacity.
- Not to issue – whether via email, phone, SMS, social media or a similar platform – any malicious, inflammatory, critical, defamatory, abusive or threatening messages or statements in relation to Ridge CMO or its employees, invitees or guests.
- To act in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the UK.
- To abide by the Ridge CMO constitution and any conflict of interest guidelines or other policies and codes as may be issued or updated from time to time.
